1. Private beta requests
We collect your email address when you request private beta access. Your primary use case and instruments of interest are optional. We also record the request time, the version of this notice, and validated campaign labels (UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term) if present in the link you use. Please do not include personal or confidential information in the instruments field.
2. Purpose and choices
You request that TickArk contact you about appropriate private beta opportunities. Joining the interest list does not guarantee or automatically grant access. We use optional product interests to assess relevant opportunities and campaign labels to understand which campaigns lead to saved requests. We do not add you to a general newsletter, sell your information, or use signup information in public catalog data or public analytics.
You can withdraw your request at any time by emailing contact@tickark.com. We will stop beta-interest communications and remove the active signup record. We process beta interest on the basis of your request and permission to contact you; essential security processing serves our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
3. Website security and attribution
Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. It may process technical information such as IP addresses, request times and security events. The form uses short-lived rate-limit counters and an anti-spam field. TickArk does not store IP addresses with beta requests, log form contents, or set attribution cookies. Campaign labels are collected only with a submission; they are not a cross-site browsing history. The website does not currently provide public user accounts or payments.
4. Storage and service providers
Beta requests are stored in a separate, private Cloudflare D1 database accessible through authenticated owner administration. There is no public signup-list endpoint. Cloudflare and our existing email provider may process information to provide hosting, security and correspondence services. These services may involve international processing under their applicable data-protection arrangements. We may also disclose information when legally required.
5. Retention
Active beta-interest records are retained for up to 365 days from the original request, with expired records removed by a daily cleanup. Repeated submissions do not extend that period or overwrite the original request. Short-lived operational daily counters contain no email or IP address and are removed after seven days. Provider recovery backups may retain deleted data for a limited recovery period (currently up to 30 days); they are not used for beta communications. Separate email correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the enquiry or a legal obligation.
6. Access, correction and deletion
You can ask to access, correct or delete information you have provided by contacting contact@tickark.com. We may need to verify that the request comes from the address concerned before changing or disclosing a record. Applicable data-protection law may provide additional rights, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
