MetaTrader 5 export is described as supported in the current product. MetaTrader 4 support is a planned roadmap item and is not currently available. References to future functionality are statements of intent, not binding commitments or release guarantees.

Dukascopy, JForex, MetaTrader, MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 are names associated with their respective owners. Tickark is an independent product. References describe compatibility or data workflows and do not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an official partnership.
